On the fourth floor this tranquil stylish apartment consists of three double bedrooms and a sofa bed,plus two beds in the studio.
Theres are also two lovely bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a bathtub and shower.
On the fifth floor there’s a spacious bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and from here you can step out on to the furnished terrace and enjoy a drink.
Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, located right at the romantic Orseolo Basin, where the Gondolas depart, excatly one minute from San Marco and two minutes from the famous La Fenice

We had a wonderful time in Venice and really enjoyed the apartment. The view was lovely and the central location was fabulous. The apartment was nice and warm and plenty of towels etc.provided. We appreciated the greeter Sebastiano - his personality and helpfulness helped us to settle in immediately. We enjoyed our time here that we would stay in this apartment again!

This was lovely accommodation right in the heart of San Marco. We enjoyed our stay here and would thoroughly recommend it (although not to people who have trouble with stairs)

This beautiful, spacious, clean apartment was ideally located within easy walking distance of the major tourist sites of Venice. The only downside to this apartment was that it was located on the 5th and 6th (US) floors, with no lift/elevator. However, the view from the many windows and terraces were fabulous! The photos and description on the website are accurate.
