Spacious and quiet apartment in a location slightly off the beaten track. Closest vaporetto stop is S. Basilio. Close to restarants and shops on Campo Santa Margherita and the Zattere.

A great base for a Venice holiday. We spent a week braving the chilly and wet winter weather, returning each night to this warm, very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The only thing lacking was a microwave oven, but the compact kitchen probably hasn't room for one.

A charming apartment (beautiful, old terrazzo floors and a carved wooden living room ceiling) just across a small bridge from an always bustling Campo Santa Margherita-- where the cappuccino is plentiful and resident Venetians go about their daily lives. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, including a powerful a/c, and the owner/landlady is exceptionally personable and helpful. Wendy & Robert, USA

This was a really nice apartment. I enjoyed my little balcony every morning for breakfast and the apartment's proximity to the language school I was attending. It was calm yet near everything. Unfortunately I did not find out how to use the airconditioning until I emailed the owner but after that it was great. I would come back again the next time I am in Venice. Dianne S.

Absolutely lovely, quiet apartment in one of the most beautiful areas of Venice. Very near vaporetto stops and buzzy Campo S. Margarita. The owner helped us when luggage was lost and was extremely helpful generally.Would book again ! A most professional service - thankyou. Everything to make our stay perfect

Perfectly located for the small town feel of Venice. Away from the crowds, but easy to get around to all the highlights and also the out-of the-way places. Wonderful access to St. Barnaba area and the Piazza Margherita and it\'s markets and stores are just across the canal. Also check out the potential for concerts at the Carmini across the canal. The balcony is very tiny, but gets the afternoon sun and is ig enough for 2 small chairs and a table that can hold 2 wine glasses. Lovely view over the garden and nicely quiet.

This is a most delightful apartment and very well located midway between the transport hub and St Marks. The wonderfully huge and well furnished lounge room gave us the feeling of having our very own palace accommodation. Lovely garden aspect from balcony. Excellent bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable queen size bed. Highly recommended

The apartment was fantastic - even more stunning than photos on the website. In a great location. Not one negative thing to say about the place.
