The area at the central part of the Grand Canal, between Rialto and the Academia,makes it a perfect location for those who want to comfortably reach the main tourist destinations, enjoying the excitement in the heart of Venice.

The apartment has recently been beautifully restored in 2009. A traditional two story building, facing the Rio de l’Avogaria canal, which belongs to the well known area of Santa Margherita and San Barnaba (and the lively Calle Lunga S. Barnaba)

Great care has been taken with this tasteful refurbishment, high quality furniture and beamed ceilings,create a warm and welcoming ambiance.

The apartment is made up of two double rooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds that can be configured together), a large bathroom with bathtub and shower,a living room and spacious kitchen. In the living room there is also a pullout sofa, which is comfortable for two people.
