A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely to come back to, with air-conditioning and quiet. A thrill to arrive to the water door in a water taxi!

This apartment was excellent. Modern yet charming and very clean. The convenience of having a staffed "lobby" made it very convenient for any requests such as getting a blow dryer and extra towels. The apartment had 3 air conditioning units, 2 of which were not cooling. When we called the staff, they sent someone to fix it immediately and they were very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A really nice apartment in a quiet yet perfectly located and central area. All the apartments in the building look charming; this one on the top floor had lovely views overlooking the garden. All amenities are close, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. highly recommended for family or group stay. Water taxi to the 'front door' on the canal is recommended, not just for the delight of this, but if you have lots of luggage or are elderly, up and down bridges from the Vaporetto stop could be tiring (if traveling light or not impared, enjoy the lovely walk).

First rate apartment, within walking distance of Plaza San Marco, but on a quiet, dead-end street. Handy to shopping. Very helpful owner. Clean and modern. This was my first time using your service, and I was very impressed!
