Vinci Villa L’Arco is a grand homestead owned by an old Tuscan family, set in the families own wine and olive producing estate. 

Perched on a hilltop surrounded by pine trees. 

Situated only five minutes from the birth place of Leonardo Da Vinci, seven minutes to Empoli, just twenty minutes from Florence and thirty five from Pisa. 

This is an ideal location from where to take day trips and sample the history and the variable delicious food and wines that this region offers.

The youngest member of the family; Lorenzo, who speaks perfect English, took on the task of restoring this grand and spacious villa in which has been meticulously restored throughout. 

Every aspect of the renovation has been perfectly planned, Lorenzo has included a generously sized swimming pool on the grounds.

The tastefull furnishings have been chosen to compliment the traditional style; the rich colored furnishings work perfectly with the rest of the villa and make for a welcoming home.

The villa is on two levels; downstairs you’ll find a charming sitting room with several sofas and matching easy chairs. 

There’s a huge fire place and also a full sized pool table.

Upstairs you’ll find another huge sitting room, fully tiled in terracotta. 

There’s an expanse of sofas in front of another large stone fireplace. 

The room extends into an open dining area.

The arched openings and the beamed wooden ceilings throughout the villa, create a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy this Tuscan home.

There are five spacious double bedrooms and two bathroom both with tubs and showers.

The ample outdoor area is fully furnished for outdoor dining or just relaxing in in the splendid greenery of the estate.
