Chianti Apartment Filomena is part of  Rocca di Castagnoli a magnificent working vineyard with award winning wines situated in the absolute heart of beautiful Chianti in Tuscany.

Within the estate is a medieval tower which has recently been converted into large guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a borgo that has now been converted into self catering apartments.

The 6 rooms have been decorated in traditional Tuscan style with cotto floors, very comfortable queen beds that can be converted into twin beds and spacious modern bathrooms.

A kitchen is provided for the use of guests; equipped with refrigerators, 2 burner stove, coffee, tea, a kettle and a dining table.

A delicious breakfast is provided to guests in the beautiful wine tasting room with views over the countryside.

Where an extra bed has been added, (a small charge applies) to most of the rooms without compromising the space, making it an excellent choice for a family of three or a group of singles.

The apartments are all decorated in the same traditional style and can sleep 2-6 persons as several of the apartments are connecting. 

The apartments are all spacious with fully equipped kitchenettes.

There are sofa beds in the living area and satellite TV.

There is a magnificent swimming pool on the property with views over the chianti countryside; for the use of guests and a beautifully maintained fully furnished grassed area for relaxation after a day of touring the surrounding areas.

Rocca di Castagnoli* *is perfectly located only a 30 minute drive from Siena, 15 minutes from Radda in Chianti and 10 minutes to Gaiole in Chianti and only a 30 minutes drive fro the A1 (Valdarno exit).
