A charming and cosy apartment with a terrace overlooking the ancient rooftops: located in one of Romes oldest neighborhoods Trastevere, where the cobblestoned streets offer you wonderful history with ever step you take.
The area is well know for it’s true Roman atmosphere and friendly locals that run the many authentic restaurants, cafes and bars that you’ll experience in this area, which has become so popular with visitors to Rome.
The apartment is on the second floor of an ancient palazzo and has a very homely feeling as you enter.
There’s an open living area with a sofa and a comfortable easy chair.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen and a small table and chairs for dining.
The double doors open to a furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a drink.
The bedroom is conveniently located in an upstairs loft area with characteristically angled Roman beams; the bathroom has a shower.
Right downstairs you’ll find the choice of small quaint restaurants offering delicious affordable dishes.
There’ s also open markets and interesting night markets all around this Trastevere area and your walking distance or just a tram ride away from all the landmarks in Rome.

Let me first state the positive, I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed the location and spending time living Italian, food, wine and enjoying the company of the wonderful Italian people we met during our stay. We shopped every day buying fresh food from the local market. I am fortunate to be married to an Italian who loves to cook and having the access to the Italian Market only made the experience that much more pleasurable. We were able to cook together and sit on the patio of the apartment where we would dine at any hour that suited us. It was fantastic to be able to relax and savour the sounds and aromas of the area. We made many friends in the area with the most accommodating residents. I highly recommend the area to anyone who really wants to mingle with the wonderful citizens of Trastevere

This cosy little apartment situated on a quiet street suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was so well equiped that we cooked at home most evenings and ate out on the lovely terrace. The selection of books and music in the apartment was a very nice touch and made it very homely. On the night of our 25th wedding anniversary we went to the little restaurant directly across the street. The food and welcome was first class. We will definately be back to this apartment! Lovely little apartment in a very characterful and historic area, within walking distance of the centre of Rome. The narrow side street where it is located was quiet. We loved the outside terrace.
