We loved this apartment. Awaiting us was a delicious cake and iced tea - very much appreciated after our very long plane flights (3). We were welcomed & given so much information. Our hosts even gave us a follow-up call a few days later to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything else! The apartment was spacious, especially as we were a group of 4 adults. Location spot on as it was minutes to a multitude of restaurants.

The apartment is well-located at the fringe of Trastevere. It is quite large and is well-stocked with equipment and supplies. The owner is very kind and helpful. The living room chairs and couch could have been more comfortable.

A magnificent place for a family to stay. Close enough to walk to many areas and set in a fabulous part of Rome where you can eat with the locals and enjoy fabulous food, wine and service. A charming place with a wonderful owner.

Apartment was spacious, airy and in the really hot weather we had, cool. All rooms are good sizes although the bathroom/shower is narrow. The kitchen had all the toys you would want including joy of joys, a dishwasher. The location was great; to the left 15 mins walk to Vatican City; to the right the Trastavere and all its fab little shops, ahead Campi de Fori, Piazza Navono around 20 mins walk. On arrival we were directed to a local shop for groceries which turned out to be a rip off. Although it took a couple of days we eventually found a selection of deli/baker, market and wine shops on the road towards V City which were better priced and had a greater selection of quality goods. Be aware when renting in Italy, re-cycling is law, literally - failure to follow what bag goes out when may bring the wrath of the neighbours on you, in two languages! Really good thing - lovely and quiet area and great not to have to rush down somewhere to get your breakfast before they finished serving; not so good, the beds were not the most comfortable in life but we survived.

We loved this apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable, light and airy and very well equipped. It was well maintained and in good condition and in a very interesting area. Leon and Jill provided the best service I have ever experienced in helping us find accommodation at short notice and then helping to the utmost of their ability with health problems we had. Likewise the support staff were simply amazing. I think if anything the property is underrated on your website - the photos don't give an accurate idea of how large the lounge area is.

The apartment, as stated on its website, was bright, spacious, clean and tidy. It has an excellent setting for a family of four. The location and the neighbourhood were good. There was a local cafe down the street selling nice coffee and quality breakfast at a very reasonable price. Amgela, the owner of the apartment, was very friendly and helpful. She was responsive to our needs.

As a family of four (incl two teenagers), we decided that overall this was our favourite apartment during our 4 week holiday in Italy. The location was fantastic, it was close enough to walk to all the main tourist attractions and in the evening when we were all exhausted it was a very pleasant 5 minute walk down the road to some wonderful restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. We are already planning our next trip to Rome! Thanks for a wonderful holiday. Sally, New Zealand
