This wonderful tranquil Rome apartment is located in the heart of Rome next to some of the most well know monuments in Rome; The Spanish Steps, Trinità dei Monti Church, il Pincio and Piazza del Popolo.
This magnificent apartment is also within very close walking distance to Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon
From Via Vittoria you can easily reach the other areas of Rome in a short walk or by public transport.
The apartment is 110 sqm and is on the fourth floor (with lift) of a great Roman building dating back to the 18th century.
This Rome apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area; three comfortable spacious double bedrooms, a very bright living room with a sofa bed for one, two wonderful bathrooms; one with shower and a the other one with bath tub/shower

The best part about this apartment is the location. It is close to the Spanish Steps stop on the metro. It is 1/2 block from a grocery. Right across the street is a wonderfully friendly cafe for morning coffee. Further down the block is the excellent restaurant Il Gabrielo. The apartment itself is modestly furnished, but functional if you don't want to hang out much there and just want to use it to park your things as you see Rome. With the high ceilings and spacious rooms, the apartment is comfortable for a larger group.

The apartment was ideally located for our family group of 6 adults. Aside from being spacious and with a view of all the neighborhood activity, it was safe, and well located near the Spanish Steps. We literally walked everywhere from our apartment, day and night. Wonderful Enoteca Antica is within a block with its fabulous wine list, a salumneria, and supermercato. Don Chiote(?) within a block was excellent for coffee and a cornetta with the locals. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Dear Jill, Thanks for your patience in guiding us through concerns about the deposit, etc. Our driver from the airport, Alessandro (?) was fabulous, not only friendly and able to speak English, as he drove past ancient or historical sites he explained what we are seeing. It was extremely helpful that he could coordinate with the owner after the long flight from the U.S. I would not hesitate to contact you for accommodations when we return to Italy and I would be happy to provide any referrals that may be helpful. The six of us had a fab time in Rome. The area Spanish steps was a great location for us as we like walking and it was in reach of all the main attractions. Love the vittoria app plenty of space. Only one complaint as we were staying in Rome on the Sunday we had to leave app very early and had no where to store our luggage. In a hotel they look after this. Had to track and que in the terimii station to book in luggage and this lost us two hrs approx. Gentleman that met us in app was very nice and friendly person. Loved rome and thank you. Fantastic iformation on this site and excellent replies and so quick. First time to take taxi and he was brilliant and freindly. We normally use trains highly rec this.

The apartment was spacious,clean, and nicely decorated. It is in a lovely area of Rome. It's proximity to both the Ancient sites and Vatacan City made for easy walking to both sites.

The apartment was centrally located, in excellent shape and very spacious.There were many friendly restaurants within walking distance. Our contact person was there to meet us and the driver that met us at the airport was on time,as was the driver at the end of our stay.
