Great apartment. Great location. Minor stuff up on arrival because changed managerial arrangements hadn't reached me while travelling. Former manager went out of her way to help, even though she didn't have to. New manager equally welcoming. Possible disaster became actual happiness.

We were met promptly and let into the apartment. The property manager Celine communicated well before we reached Rome which was reassuring because we arrived late evening. The place was a charming mixture of old and modern furniture which had elegance and practicality. The location was super and convenient for the places that we wished to visit. We enjoyed being able to make our own drinks and food when we wanted to.We enjoyed having space instead of one room as in an hotel. The apartment did not disappoint; it fitted my expectations having looked at the photos on line. We were concerned that our late arrival might be a problem but Celene communicated with us when we were at Heathrow airport awaiting our Rome flight and her helper Valentino responded to our phone call from Termini and arrived promptly to let us in; very satisfactory.

We stayed in the apartment for eleven days, and enjoyed it very much. It was a good, quiet unit located near Spanish Steps. When we left the airport, our Rome Cab Transfer, (booked online but not the car service offered by Worldwide Accom) driver called the local agent on his cell phone and again as we arrived at the neighborhood. She met us there in a few minutes and spent time with us to get us oriented to the apartment and neighborhood. This was a positive experience.

Our second stay in this great apartment for 2 people. A terrific central location close to many tourist attractions and close to bus and Metro services. Will certainly stay here again when we return to Rome. Ilona & Mike G. Australia

The apartment was located near the Spanish Steps. We were very pleased with the apartment. It was tastefully decorated and had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved it and would stay there again. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere. The apartment is located in the up-scale shopping district near the Spanish Steps. Even though it was a busy area the apartment was very quite inside. There was no street noise. We would highly recommend this apartment

A great apartment for 2 people! A really convenient location so close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, with many good restaurants and food shops nearby. Bus transport was an easy walk away. The apartment is light and airy, with great air conditioning for the hot Roman climate we experienced. We had a terrific time in Rome and will certainly stay in the apartment on our next visit to Rome! Michael, Australia
