Apartment Ripetta is located on the second floor (61 steps with no elevator) of a tree lined street in one of the most sought after addresses; right around the corner from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by some of Romes best restaurants and boutiques.
The apartment is extremely spacious and furnished with a mix of antique and modern pieces; this is a family home so has many personal touches from the owners who reside overseas and rent their home in their absence giving this apartment a warm and cosy atmosphere. A tranquil location, traditional, yet stylish with its eclectic touches throughout – designed for extreme comfort and relaxation, offering you a warm and homely atmosphere.
You enter a large bright living room via a dining area which overlooks the internal flowering terrace. The bright living room has several plush sofas; natural colors in a casual easy enviro,ment make this a perfect room for relaxing with large screen plasma TV with an abundance of English channels and DVD player.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with quality appliances, making this an excellent choice for a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy cooking some meals at home either on the small internal terrace or in the spacious dining room.
There are three bedrooms that run off a hallway from the living area; all with en-suite bathrooms. One double queen sized bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom has a trundle bed which converts to two single beds; plus a third ensuite bathroom with shower. All the bathrooms have WC’s and bidets.
This is a very special apartment with every amenity you need for a wonderful Rome stay in a great central area, where everything is walking distance; you won’t require public transport. Sure to leave you with fond memories of the Eternal City.

Wow, what an amazing place. So tastefully decorated and so spacious. It was so nice coming back to this lovely home after a long day of exploration in Rome. The location is VERY conveniently close to restaurants, great shopping, Spanish steps, and the metro. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, the apartment was clean, and the terrace was beautiful. I've stayed in apartments in many different countries and this was by far one of the best. The individuals who helped us get settled in and checked out were lovely and so kind hearted. I plan on coming back to Rome and will refuse to settle for any other place in the future. Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable. My family and I cannot say enough about Apartment Ripetta. The place is quite roomy, charmingly decorated, well stocked with everything you might need and is situated in one of the best locations in Rome. There was plenty of room for the six of us to spread out comfortably but our favorite spot was the delightful living room where we would meet for coffee each morning to plan our day or each evening sip wine while recalling the events of our day. I am a complete cleanliness freak so I am happy to say that Apt. Ripetta more than met my very high standards. The owners left detailed instructions on the workings of the apartment plus spot on recommendations for several terrific and cozy Trattoria’s and nearby points of interest. As wonderful as the apartment is though, the location cannot be beat. You are only blocks away from at least two grocery markets and several wonderful Trattoria's, but also many of Rome’s historical sights and world class shopping are within walking distance. We rarely needed to use public transportation. Still having said all that, my family and I agree that overall, our stay was everything we had hoped it would be and we would not hesitate to stay at Apartment Ripetta again and again. Many, many thanks to the owner for sharing her wonderful Rome apartment with us.

Great location and property. We had a super visit to Rome and this apartment was close to everything. LOTS of stairs if you are bringing heavy luggage. Very secure and safe feeling here.

Our family of 4 stayed at this apartment in July 2011 and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very spacious, close to many restaurants and there is a grocery store a couple blocks away. We loved sitting on the terrace to for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Arranging the airport pick up and transfer to the apartment in advance was great, the driver called the apartment manager while we were on the way and he was there to meet us as soon as we arrived.

Excellent apartment, great locale, centrally located, near metro and shopping. Quiet, clean and perfect for families or groups. Worked great for us (a group of 4 ladies). The only downside is the number of stairs so if you have troubled with stairs (20 some odd) this apartment would not be a good one for you. Lovely balcony with store nearby for food. Our stay at Apt. Ripetta was beyond our highest expectations. The apt was elegant, spacious, comfortable and wonderfully situated for any exploration of the city. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace offered a beautiful start to the day and a welcoming place to relax while we made plans for the evening. With the helpful list of restaurants and local attractions provided by the owners, we felt we were living the life of a Roman citizen and took delight in the magic of the city and the neighborhood. In all our dealings with Italy-accom we enjoyed professional, responsive service. Every detail of the booking (e.g. payment information, arrival procedure) was clearly spelled out. They were also accessible during our stay when we needed to book transportation. We will definitely arrange our future travel plans through them and recommend them to everyone we know traveling to Italy.

Ripetta is a great apartment-elegant and comfortable. The location (right around the corner from Piazza de populi) was perfect. Many good neighborhood restaurants. Having such a comfortable, clean, and accessible apartment made our stay in Rome very memorable. Arrival and departure assistance were excellent.
