Comfortable and well equipped, perfectly situated for both shopping and sightseeing, we enjoyed our stay and Celeste was both charming, helpful and quickly responded to any questions or issues I raised. I will have no hesitation in renting accomodation this way again.

Fantastic service from the office with Leon and from Celeste & Valentino at the apartment itself. I could not recommend this apartment and location highly enough. Perfectly situated within walking distance to so many wonderful places. Nice restaurants nearby - and Bar Gambero just along from the apartment is ideal for coffee in the morning or a drink later. The apartments are lovely and light and also well equipped. Recommended in every way.

We spent five good days in Rome. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The location was excellent - within walking distance of most of the activities that we wanted to do. The air- conditioning didn't work on the first night but it was fixed the next day and thereafter kept the apartment comfortably cool during some very warm nights. We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the accommodation.

Thank you for inviting me to write my comments. The apartment was excellent, in terms of the facilities and especially because of the location. We did not realise it was so central. We could be at the Spanish steps or at the Trevi Fountain within 5 to 6 minutes. We could easily walk to the Colloseum, and in fact, we walked back from the Vatican City once, passing through the Pantheon (took us about 30 minutes or so). On a couple of days, we just strolled down to the Pantheon and had dinner in the restaurants in front of it. It sounds idyllic, and it was! Celeste and Caesari were brilliant, responsive and very helpful. The apartment itself is very comfortable. However the duvet covers were old and one was torn. We have brought this to the notice of the management. Much better than a hotel. A supermarket is available nearly. Also, Rome does not have enough toilets and those that are available, are not clean. The location was ideal for us (especially with our 6 year old daughter) for us to nip back and freshen up, before setting off again We would certainly like to go back and stay there again. Excellent service, very responsive. I was a bit of apprehensive when I booked but these proved to be unwarranted. Regards Muthu K.

My wife, our 16 year old grandson and I stayed at the Apt. Pagannini for four nights. The aparatment was exactly as pictued on the Italy Accom site. Very clean and nicely arranged. We were met by our courteous contact person who gave us a map and made suggestions for sight seeing. We arrived in Rome early in the morning and were able to check in on arrival from the airport. We booked transportation from the airport and were met by a professional driver. The kitchen is well equipped, bedding freshly pressed, nice large bathroom and living room. But the very best thing about this apartment is the location. We walked all over central Rome, and had a wonderful time. It was so nice to come back to a "home" rather than a hotel room each afternoon or evening. I would recommend this apartment for any couple. The king size bed and single bed were equpped with comfortable firm mattresses; the single bed is just a bit short, but adequate for a man. We had been in Rome two times before, but this was our most enjoyable experience.

we have arrived home after a fantastic but very tiring trip to Rome. The apartment was excellent and central to everything but yet very peaceful. Please pass on our thanks to the apartment owner for making us feel so welcome especially given the late arrival due to our flight being delayed. She was a lovely lady and most helpful. Finally the taxis arranged by your company arrived exactly as requested and also provided a very good service although the driver collecting us from the airport gave us a bit of a scary ride. I would thoroughly recommend your company to any friend planning a trip to Rome many thanks, karen & family
