The area is surrounded by great outdoor cafes and restaurants.
You will appreciate this location for many reasons – one of them being that it’s the absolute heart of the city within short walking distance to everything that Rome has to offer you.
A good description would be that this is a no fuss or high luxury apartment, yet very homely, comfortable and welcoming, for the traveler that wants value for money.
Located in a grand building with wide marble steps, you enter the spacious living / dining area, with it’s polished floor boards, where you’ll find a large dining and matching chairs for 6 people.
There’s also a sofa bed which is a proper bed pulling out from under the sofa: this can stay in the same room or can be moved on demand, depending on the sleeping configuration needed.
There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds: one is very large, and also has a sofa – more like a large suite.
The first bathroom is has a shower and the second bathroom has a tub and shower.
The second bedroom is spacious, with an ensuite bathroom.
The windows from both these rooms overlook the street and allow plenty of light into the rooms.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven and all kitchen utensils that you will need for preparing meals and snacks.
A great family apartment in the Eternal City.

Great, clean apartment, All facilities provided. Peaceful, bright surroundings. Had lift access for travel bags. Located near top of Spanish Steps. Host extremely helpful. Close to all facilities. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

What a perfect venue for our stay in Rome! It was central but quiet. Restaurants everywhere and a grocery right around the corner. The owner was a gracious and accommodating host and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed. We will definitely try to stay there again if we are fortunate enough to get back to Rome.

Excellent apartment strategically located in Rome in the middle of the city. Thankfully the apartment was air conditioned which was an absolute necessity this time of year. The person who met us in front of the apartment was very nice, explained all we needed to know and even recommended a very nice restaurant for us to go at night. The apartment was not very well furnished but was cosy and large. We were 6 (including 4 children) and it worked perfect for our family. I recommend it for any large family with children.Excellent. The car we had ordered picked us up on time and was very large to accomodate our family. Very good. Large air conditioned apartment strategically located. We were litterally 5 minutes from the Spanish steps, 5mn from the Trevi fountain and 5 mn from the Pantheon. We had a fabulous time in Rome and the apartment was wonderful. Hugh T.
