We loved the apartment in every way! It was great to have three bathrooms, the kitchen was totally functional, the bedrooms were comfortable and the terrace was great - even though it was the middle of the winter. All in all, a great space for us and a great location to tour the city!

Very profession and most helpful, especially with the information regarding transportation to and from the airport and seaport.

We enjoyed this apartment very much. It has a great terrace, and was very comfortable for two families traveling together. The location is excellent. It is very quiet and secure and yet only a short walk to the metro and the Piazza del Popolo. The #19 tram on Flaminia goes in one direction to the Vatican, and in the other direction to the Borghese Gardens/zoo, which was very convenient. The wi-fi in the apartment was finicky, but we received prompt service to establish connection with our laptop, which was very helpful. Also, we brought a week's worth of kitchen items-- dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, kitchen wipes, salt-and-pepper, napkins ... so we did not have to stock up much on supplies.

We would like to say that first of all we are very grateful to the Italy-Accom team for their help and support in helping us book our holidays, which was extremely efficient and attentive and especially appreciated in the very busy time (Xmas and new Year) that we booked. Also we would say that the apartment was fantastically located, very spacious, well serviced and comfortable, with a definite touch of glamour to it, due to the impressive building and entrance. However, the apartment we booked could do with a few details that were missing (there were no wine glasses, bottle opener, cheese grater, etc, nor extra pillows, etc...) and lacked some basic consumables on arrival that we have always found in previous rentals in other locations (there were no basic things like dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, salt, sugar, etc.. so we had to buy big packs of everything). I would however like to stress once more the kind and helpful work of Italy-Accom's director and staff, in helping us book our very enjoyable holiday in this amazing city - we are very grateful to them.
