This is a grand part of Rome where you’ll find history everywhere you go – you’ll be walking distance to all historic monuments and if shopping is on the list, you couldn’t have chosen a better block to stay in; the best designer boutiques, sidewalk cafes and bars in Rome, a great mix of history and famous fashion boutiques; so very Italian.
The apartment itself is located in a fabulous palazzo on the second floor with an elevator has everything that you imagined and certainly lives up to the elegance of the location, with every amenity in this imaculately maintained tasteful apartment
You’ll enter a small hallway; the living room is spacious and warm featuring larged arched windows in stainglass. The entire decor has been tastefully chosen in a combination of earthy modern shades mixed with antiques and traditional furniture; beamed wooden ceilings offer that special Roman touch, a real home that you will love to spend time in after a day out and about in Rome.
There are three welcoming private bedrooms and two bathrooms which have ocher painted wooden floors and coverings, modern fittings, heated towel racks and white ceramic glass shower stalls.

We were welcomed warmly by the owner. The flat was well equipped and comfortable. The location was excellent - right in the middle of all the sights - all within reasonable walking distance. The area and building felt very safe. Would not hesitate to book again.

The three bedroom, two bathroom apartment on Frattina was just perfect for our 6 nights in Rome. It is tastefully decorated, and comfortable for a family of four and can easily accommodate six people.We cooked a number of our own meals and found all that we needed to do so in the kitchen. The pedestrian streets were busy during the day and quiet at night, and we rarely heard any of our neighbors in the building. The location is close to the metro and buses and one can easily walk most anywhere in central Rome from this location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the same location again.

Dear Leon, Apologies for the very late reply to this e-mail; I only just found it at the bottom of my Inbox. We had a great time in the apartment in Via Frattina and a great stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect, bigger than we expected, and comfortably slept six adults. I would particularly like to mention how helpful the owner was in dealing with our various enquiries, and also that she was very patient in waiting for us to return one of her keys, which we had mistakenly taken back to London. Everything that 'Italy-accom' arranged for us went very smoothly, including the airport transfer, and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Dear Leon, good to hear from you. We arrived back late Sun. night after a very long flight....Again thank you for all your help when in Rome. The comments I would make about the apartment would be on the plus side that the location was sensational and your help with the supermarkets and restaurants was invaluable. The apartment was roomy and the kitchen facilities good. We really appreciated the connection of the satellite tv as you feel so isolated when you can't speak the language. A wonderful ending to our 4 week holiday. Perfectly located to be within reach to sightseeing, shopping, eating etc.... The apartment was just as described. It was well appointed with comfortable spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to address the needs of 3 adults and 2 teenagers.
