Around the corner you have the Spanish Steps; the streets leading from this famous Piazza are filled with great restaurants and outdoor cafes.
If personal shopping or gift shopping is on your agenda, this is also the area with the most variety of fashion and jewelery stores.
The apartment located on the 2nd floor; a short flight of steps to the elevator, is around 80 square meters; charming and homely, with tastefully selected furnishings.
This fully refurbished apartment has terracotta flooring throughout and the decor is warm and welcoming; nothing has been spared to refurbish this warm home.
There’s a double bedroom with a canopy bed in rich burnt orange floral design and an ensuite bathroom.

The accommodation was perfect for our situation, two adults and two children. it was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we required. The location is very central and within walking distance to most major sites. I would happily stay there again when in Rome next. The agent was very friendly and helpful. She organised an early morning ride to the airport on checkout saving us the potential difficulty of trying to get a taxi at 5.00am.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The apartment is a couple of minutes on foot away from the Spanish Steps and right in the heart of that area. There are plenty of restuarants, a grocery store (a few blocks away), and close to all public transport. We were 2 couples and could sit in the comfort of the cozy living room, sipping wine and enjoy the evening after running about Rome. The elevator was a great help as one of our friends had problems with the many steps of Rome. We had all we needed to enjoy cooking our own meals as the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all cooking utensils. Our host was prompt and met us without incident. Lovely time and wonderful apartment.

We were pleasently surprised at the spacious rooms of this apartment, in a perfect location and walking distance to all the major sights.My wife and 2 teenage children loved the apartment well apointed and very clean, we felt at home.Would definately stay here again,it was our first stay in Rome and a very memorable one , thanks for the opportunity. Our family group of four (with two teenaged sons) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Apartment Donizetti. All major sites were within realistic walking distance and, for such a central location, it was extremely quiet in the evenings. Despite the proximity to Via Condotti's high end shops, we felt part of a residential neighbourhood.
