What a fantastic location. The life on the street below is delightful and the apartment is also. Everything we needed was in the apartment which was clean and very well presented. We were met by the owner who also offered her services during our stay if we needed anything. I would recommend a transfer on arrival at the airport as it helps when someone delivers you to the door to find the owner there waiting to greet you. Would return in a heartbeat! Just fantastic. I already miss the little bars and restaurants downstairs.

The apartment in situated right in the center of Rome, 2 min. away of the Piazza Navarro. We enjoyed it very much and will return! Although you have to know, that you hear the noise from the wine-restaurant below - the best is to stay in the streets of Rome till 2 o'clock. A charming place with all you need.

The location of the the apartment was good in respect of location, ie ease of walking to tourist sites and restaurants. The streets around the apartment were very interesting. The only issue was that the apartment was above a bar which didn't close until 2.30am each morning, so don't expect to get any sleep until after it closes! We wouldn't stay in this apartment again!

Apartment Teatro Della Pace was perfectly located just a couple of minutes walk from Piazza Navona and within walking distance of all the main sightseeing monuments. The apartment is in a street lined with quality restaurants which is quite noisy at night but this did not effect us at all. The apartment was full of all the charm you would expect from a centuries old building. We would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you.

Very nice and cute apartment. We (me and 2 kids) spent there five wonderful days. It was great fun for kids to see every morning, how the small bars, shops and pizzerias are beeing open. We walked everywhere and the only time we used electric busses was the trip to Borghese Gardens (their routes go through all those narrow streets). Kitchen is small but sufficient to cook for two (or even three!). Evenings are noisy, I imagine especially in the summer when you have to keep the windows open. But as someone already said - this is Rome after all. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Guliana - Agnieszka Meyer

Couldn't ask for a better location! We stayed here two years ago and were very glad it was available for our vacation this year too. Walk everywhere, easy to get the key, easy transport to the station and airport. Would really like if Wifi was available for next time!

Lovely apartment but could get noisy due to being surrounded by restaurants/bars. It was a national holiday so this could have made it noisier than usual.

I stayed in the apartment in end of Sept 2011 for 8 nights. It is in a fantastic position right near Piazza Navona and very central to get around Roma. A supermarket is close by as are plenty of restaurants and shops. A little noisy at night as right above 2 wine bars but ear plugs as recommended blocked out the noise. Great size apartment for a couple or single person. Everything you need is there. I really appreciated having the space as I was there for 8 nights. Definately would recommend the apartment and I would stay there again next trip to Roma.

We had a great stay in Rome in this little apartment in a lively area full of shops and restaurants. The weather was hot and sunny every day so it was nice to be able to walk back to our apartment for an afternoon rest. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance and supermarket and fresh food markets were very close. Very good facilities in this bright apartment. We loved our stay there.

Stayed with parents - fabulous central location and airconditioned haven in Rome in summer. Noise from outside early am fine with double glazed windows. Lovely greeting from Juiliana, very agreeable and helpful. Remember bathroom through bedroom if 3 staying in apartment. Would stay again in this lovely place. Driver booked through site to and from airport was very helpful and professional.

Excellent apartment location just excellent for pottering around or eating out and sightseeing. it's not far to get bus back to airport saving you a small fortune 16eur return from airport. Apartment basic but spotless. A bit of noise from outside but to be honest this actually adds to the stay rather than spoils it as you are so tired with all the sightseeing it hums you off to sleep very nicely.

Great location - sights, shopping, dining. Yes, it's noisy until about 2 AM but earplugs helped. Kitchen and bathroom are tiny and very basic, but apartment itself is ample for two, maybe three people. One short flight of stairs, lots of windows. Good value. We'll be back in 2012. I hope you continue to provide this excellent service.

A well appointed apartment, walking distance to most sights. Comfortable and clean, although some of the appliances are a little tired and could be updated. The manager is very friendly but has very limited english, therefore wasn't able to help us with a few queries, but between us we got there! The centrality of the apartment allowed us to come and go during the day, which was great. It was very secure, and the noise of the street below wasn't a problem at all.

We can thoroughly recommend this apartment. It was furnished impeccably with great, if somewhat quirky taste, and extremely clean and well-appointed. Everything that you could need for a short stay was here- including iron, hair dryer, all toiletries in bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (not that we needed anything in it with Via Governo Vecchio's cafes and restaurants that stayed open till beyond 1 am). The only thing we lacked in the apartment was wi-fi as we do need our connectivity wherever we go. Apart from this, it was a real pleasure to stay here.

Teatro della Pace was an extraordinary apartment within a block of Piazza Navona. We loved the cleanliness and beauty of the apartment. Everything we wanted is within easy walking distance -- the grocery store, an extraodinary gelato place (Frigidarium), and several terrific eating options.

We loved this place. We were glad we were told to bring ear plugs, because the cafe under the apt. was noisy. But even with the noise we would return. It was on a sweet street and close to all major sights. Grazie Tanti, Cinzia LaMana

I LOVED this apartment!! It was so cute and just had a great feel to it. It was in a perfect location with great restuarants and shops down below on the street and easy walking distance to most everything. It was loud at night with the bar DIRECTLY below the windows, but with the fan on and ear plugs it wasn't too bad. I would definately stay in this apartment again!

My brother and I stayed for four nights in this small but clean and adequate flat. a perfect place right in the middle of Rome only a few meters from Piazza Navona and with a supermarket only five minutes away. it was less than 1/2 hour walk to St.Peter's, Piazza del Popolo, Colleseo and Trastevere, we never needed a taxi, absolutely a perfect location. I will say, however, that due to restaurants and cafes directly under the flat it is advisable to bring ear plugs if you are early to bed and an early riser, the noise do go on until 2 am but this is Rome and is charming too. the flat has everything you need, big enough for three people, bear in mind you have to go through the bedroom to go to the bathroom. I can definitely recommend this to anybody and i would certainly stay here again.

We LOVED this place! My 76 year old mother, 21 year old son and I shared this place in July '08. The location could not have been better. Right in the center of the action. It had modern amenities with old world charm. There is a supermarket just down the street, Piazza Navona is steps away....we walked almost everywhere. You will want to bring earplugs as the neighborhood sounds may keep you up if you want to turn in early. I had never been to Europe before, and was apprehensive about trusting any non traditional accomodation companies. My experience with Rome-Accom was excellent, and I would reccomend them to anyone!

This is a wonderful apartment. I wish I could stay there for a longer time than one week! It is well-located. We could walk to the market at Campo di Fiori and also to a grocery store. We met some wonderful people on Via del Governo Vecchio. They were helpful when we did not get our luggage for four days. The apartment was perfect for two people, although 3 people could definitely be comfortable there. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked several great meals! I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is small with clean basic facilities, centrally located in a picturesque laneway, with laundry facilities and several restaurants and bars close by. We felt we were part of the real Rome rather than just a tourist.

Compact and comfortable small flat on excellent street for restaurants and shops, but nicely off the tourist route. Very central to reach major sites - we had a wonderful 4 days. It is over a cafe, so some street noise at night.

The apartment was fantastic and the area was by far the best place i have ever stayed while visiting Rome. The authentic and well priced restaurants and close proximity to all the attractions in Rome left my family and I with only the fondest memories. I have, since visiting, recommended the apartment to friends and family and will definitly return if and when i return to Rome in the future. i would like to thank Italy Accom sincerely.
