everything went so smoothly....from the whole booking process, to us arriving & finding the driver waiting for us at the airport to take us to the apartment, to arriving at the apartment and settling in. The apartment was in a fantastic location near Piazza Navona and close to all the action.( bars, restaurants cafe's) the gentleman who owned the apartment was very helpful.. he helped with the luggage to the 4th floor & advised wisely on where to go & what to see.. very friendly man. I would thouroughly reccomend this apartment & your company to whoever is interested in going to Rome. You did so much for us, from your office in italy, than what a lot of travel agents couldn't do for us here in Australia.once again thank you very much.p.s. I would like to also mention about the apartment in Positano that you booked for us ( Casa Pasitea ) that also was a great premises.. large enough for the 5 of us, with spectacular views across the sea. Give my regards to signora who looks after the apartment... signora Anna.. she was an absolute gem !! she looked after us in so many ways. tell the Fiorentino Colonel she deserves a raise!!again I would like to thank you for all your assistance Ciao' 4 Now !!

Our stay in Rome was fantastic! The apartment was all I had hoped it would be. Everything was perfect right from being collected from the airport by our driver booked through Italy Accom. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to absolutely everything and in a quaint and safe alley. Although there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment they weren't a problem for us (Two adults and 17, 12 & 9 year old children). By the end of our stay we were so used to them it wasn't a concern as we were having such a great time. We loved all that we saw in Italy and can't wait to go back. We will definitely stay at the Coronari again and deal with the fantastic people at Italy Accom when we do.

The apartment was very spacious for Rome; it was in a superb location in the heart of the city, literally 2 minutes from Piazza Navona, as well many other interesting sites. Though on the top floor of the building, it is manageable, and the view was wonderful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment location was ideal for walking to most of the famous sites in Rome. The 84 steps up to the fourth floor is not for the faint of heart, however. The views from the apartment windows are wonderful for the first-time Rome visitor, and the accomodations in the apartment are pleasant but not luxurious. The owner was most friendly and helpful with information. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who is fit, and who requires adequate but not fancy accomodations. Your service was excellent at every step of the process. I would recommend it highly.

Very modern, clean apartment with all required cooking and washing facilities in very good condition. Being on the top floor it is quiet and has a view towards the Vatican. Ideally located only easy walking to Vatican, Piazza Navona and variety of shops & restaurants and tourist attractions. 10 Euros by taxi to and from Termini railway station. Open the windows in evening and listen to church bells playing Ave Maria - beautiful. 83 steps from ground to apartment with no lift. Steps are wide and plenty of room. Take this into account but well worth the climb. The apartment owner was very helpful & friendly and made himself available for assisstance any time. Strongly reccommend apartment to anyone staying in Rome.
