Located on the Ground floor – no elevator (1st Floor USA)

This rare atmospheric Loft Apartment; a fun stay – both original in it’s decor and creatively planned, giving it a real point of difference.

There’s another bonus, which is the location – perfectly located in a wonderful and famous Rome street, just a few minutes on foot from Piazza Navona.

From here you are walking distance to everything that you planned to see in Rome; the area is lined with great street cafes, restaurants and interesting small shops.

The talents to refurbish an apartment like this in Rome is thanks to the creative (couple) abilities of its proprietors, who are both architects; this is evident in the love given to this refurbishment.

The apartment generally rustic in style, also has a romantic, touch – tastefully decorated using various collectors art pieces, both modern and post modern.

It’s for those looking not so much for obvious luxury but rather something to take home as a great Rome memory.

At the same time every amenity is provided.

Vaulted ceilings allow light to pour through the angled beamed ceilings and into the entire space.

The loft style has been cleverly used to promote natural light.

There are two bedrooms each with a skylight, built into the angled ceilings.

The first room has a double bed (with enough room to add a single bed).

The second bedroom has both a double and single bed and being located in loft areas makes this accommodation most interesting; artistic even.

Both these rooms are accessible through two separate and cosy living areas – almost cottage style; each room contains a sofa bed (ideal for two).

There are two bathrooms with stand up showers and a fully equipped kitchen, which has both a washing machine and dishwasher.

The friendly and hospitable owners conveniently live next door, which is a bonus as they also speak English and being ex tour guides they can be extremely helpful with all your needs.

A wonderful apartment set on a wonderful street. The owner of the apartment is friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. It is on a bussiling street, but the windows face back for quiet.

Perfectly located apartment within walking distance of all major tourist sites. A few minutes walk to Pantheon, Fontana Trevi, St Peter's, Castle StAngelo and Colloseum. Marco and Flaminya were great hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Their ability to speak English was a great help to Australians unable to speak Italian. Nothing was a problem to them. Great restaurants nearby at reasonable prices with a supermarket just down the road. The accommodation was perfect for a family with three teenage children. Spacious with two living areas and loft style bedrooms. Stairs require a degree of agility but not a problem for us. A warm, cosy place to stay in winter. Highly recommended. A big thank you for your help and assistance. We will use your site again for future travel and are recommending it to others.

The accommodation was simply amazing the best we had over all the other cities we visited. The Owner of the place, visited us made us feel comfortable after arriving in Italy as well as providing us with some amazing and valuable tips on where to dine. We have just got back and I am thinking of revisiting Roma again, because of the great central location as well as great attractions in the area.

We loved this apartment. The location was great, the apartment was spacious and comfortable and well supplied. The owner is very nice. We will certainly stay here again. In fact we are already counting the minutes. Be aware that the 2 loft bedrooms are open lofts though there is a door to the back room that closes that will allow some sound isolation. Also the ladder up to one of them is a bit steep, but our family was able to go up and down with no problems. This apartment really added to our pleasure.
