*Located on the 3rd Floor – with elevator (4th Floor USA) *

A fabulous location right behind Piazza Navona; a modern renovation.

This stylish apartment tucked away in a tranquil cobble stoned side street, two minutes from one of Rome’s most magnificent Piazzas – Piazza Navona, where you’ll see the famous Bernini sculptures, the area offers endless history, as well as great outdoor cafes, restaurants and gelateria’s.

Arco della Pace runs off another well known Roman street called Via dei Coronari, where you will find an abundance of antique and specialty stores: a perfect spot for a strolling and window shopping whilst enjoying a gelato.

This Rome apartment is on the third floor with elevator, which stops half a floor short, so there is one flight of stairs to take to the apartment door.

A restored building: the apartment offers every amenity and comfort that you need for an enjoyable stay in the Eternal City.

Although it’s not a luxurious apartment. the accommodation works for a short stay and the location makes this accommodation a great choice.

You enter into the bright, naturally lit family room with it’s fully equipped and workable modern kitchen: the living room has two large sofas which can be converted to beds, sleeping two people on each, however given the apartment has one bathroom we suggest, it’s best for 4 adults, or an extra child if accommodation for 5 is needed* ( ON REQUEST)*

There’s a modern dining table that folds away neatly against the far wall when not in use, giving you plenty of living room and space to relax.

The private bedroom is spacious and bright, with a queen size bed that can also convert to two single beds.

There are also some built in wardrobes in the bedroom.

The en-suite bathroom is quite small, a compromise in the efforts of renovating an ancient building; although completely new and modern with a stand up shower.

This apartment has been nicely renovated – with every modern convenience on hand and the ancient city just outside your door.

From this location you are walking distance to every well known monument. Campo dei Fiori is minutes on foot and it’s a short walk to the Vatican.

Arco Della Pace will bring back fond memories of Rome, so enjoy yourself.

This apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Rome and in a delightful area with many good restaurant/cafe options close by. The bathroom is tiny but workable, but would not recommend for large people.

We loved our stay in Rome and the apartment was perfectly located. It was within walking distance to all major sights and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is tiny which may bother some but we found manageable. Italy Accom were very professional to deal with and we had no problems accessing the accomodation at all. We would use them again Karen - Australia

Excellent location and cute. Walking distance to everything. Only downfall was very, very tiny bath....you cannot be overweight to use this one. Good for family, but not 2 couples, as you have to walk through the master br to get to tiny bath. If you don't mind a small bath, it is wonderful. The person who met us with the key, immediately helped us with return travel to the airport. He called the driver and the driver was prompt and very polite and professional.

Great location! Centrally located, right next to Piazza Navona. Well equipped, big enough for family of four (two teenagers), bathroom a little small even by European standards! Apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and kitchen needs some upgrade to be an excellent apartment. I would recommend this place! Loretta, Montreal, Canada

We have forwarded details to others. The location was great albeit a little hard to find. Some maintenance around the unit would be good - particularly the kitchen drawers etc. Was great to have a supermarket downstairs

Great apartment! Quiet and perfectly located. Very small bathroom, which didn't make any difference to us but it might to you. Grocery store downstairs in same building is ideal. Easy to book/great service.

We enjoyed our stay in our little apartment. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the fold out sofas were comfortable for our children. The bathroom is tiny but serviceable. The a/c was repaired while we were there to make our stay much more comfortable after coming in from the hear. It is in a really great location, right in the middle of good restaurants and night life. Also close to the bus stop. I would stay there again.
