The accomodation was great - clean and well equipped and just as the photographs shown. My only request would be for a map of the city in different languages should be made available on meeting representatives so that first time visitors can orientate themselves...other than that I would recommend Italy Accom for their service.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME IN ROME AND THE CASA BRUNO WAS JUST GREAT. NEAR A FEW LOCAL SHOPS AND A FANCY RESTAURANT, SAW ANDY MURRAY THE TENNIS PLAYER EATING THERE SO IT MUST BE OK. WE STUCK TO THE LESS EXPENSIVE BAKERY NEXT DOOR FOR BREAKFAST. NORTH OF THE CITY, YOU CAN WALK THROUGH THE VILLA BORGHESE (VAST PARK NORTH OF ROME)AND DOWN THE SPANISH STEPS TO THE CENTRE OR ORDER A TAXI IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH. APARTMENT CLEAN WITH KITCHEN FACILITIES AND GREAT BATHROOM. WHY STAY IN A HOTEL WHEN YOU CAN HAVE A WHOLE APARTMENT TO YOURSELF...

I cannot say enough about the apartments and service at Italy-Accom. We stayed in two apartments in Rome both of which were lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, the airline lost my luggage and the folks at Italy-Accom were helpful and comforting through the whole process. I look forward to dealing withe Italy-Accom on my next trip to Italy and will recommend this service to all of my friends.

The apartment we rented from Italy Accom was really special and most surely one of the highlights of our trip! I have already recommended them to some of my friends and will definately be using them in the future! Clemente met us at the apartment to give us the keys and show us the apartment. He went over all the practicalities ie washing machine, how to use things and was very friendly. He is certainly the type of person who can make anyone feel very wellcome! This property had a bit of a romantic feel to it with lots of candles, a few funky prints and really beautiful bathroom!
