This typical characteristic Florentine apartment is on the third floor of an ancient sixteenth century building;with elevator, very conveniently located just 200 metres from the Duomo.
Though not in the luxury category, rather for those seeking good value, this traditionally furnished cosy apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed (2 single beds on request) with a beautiful ancient fresco of the eighteenth century.
There’s a dining room, and another bedroom with single bed; this can also be used as a study.
The kitchen is quite small, yet fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower (see photo), sink and toilet.
Every amenity is available in order to make the guests comfortable and enjoy their stay.
The apartment is bright with views over the city; located in the historic center of the city.
If you arrive by car there is a garage 10 metres away.
The apartment is within short walking distance to all landmarks, restaurants and bars.
Oriuolo Tre & Otiuolo Due can open up with an adjoining door to make a larger apartment that can sleep a family of 6.

Wow this was fantastic. Meeting Lorenzo was great as we also found out so much information from him. He was so welcoming. The little extra touches around the appartment- fruit,champagne,rose petals etc were so homely. The place is exactly as described- even better and the postion was excellent as we arrived by train. Everything is close by and great eating places especially one with gluten free menu near the Duomo.We went there twice as my friend has gluten intolerance.Internet was excellent.Washing machine use was great.We are definitely telling our friends to stay here.

Lorenzo gave us the warmest welcome we have ever received at any apartment stay during the course of our travels so far! The apartment was in the heart of the city with the Duomo a few minutes away and all attractions like Uffizi and Academia Gallery within walking distance. The little goodies and directions were so handy and all the facilities including heating and internet were perfect.Thanks very much. I would recommend the place to anyone wanting a so very homely stay in Florence.
