A charming and stylish apartment right in the heart of the city, with the added bonus of an internal courtyard.

There are two spacious double bedrooms ( one of these can also be two single beds on request ) decorated in true Florentine style, with rich coloured bedspreads.

The bathroom is fully tiled, simple with a shower, basin, bidet and wc.

There’s a very cosy living and combined dining room with traditional tasteful furniture; this room has an open fireplace.

The kitchenette is not large, yet very functional and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or meals.

This apartment has every amenity needed, keeping the guests comforts in mind,there’s :

AN electric oven, gas cookers, filter coffee machine, toaster, internet, TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, common laundry area in the basement with washing machine and dryer

The apartment is located in the ZTL ( restricted traffic area) ONLY residents are allowed to drive within the city centre. Non-residents can drive only between 7.30pm and 7.30 from Monday to Saturday. On street parking in the city centre ( ZTL) is 24h prohibited. Our advice is to park your car in one of the several private parking garages close by ( the garage can provide you with one hour permission to drive into the city centre, in order to reach the apartment and drop off or pick up your luggage)

Apartment Dionisio is in the same building as Apartment San Giorgio and together they can accommodate 8 people in the same building.
