Nothing has been spared to offer guests every comfort in the atmosphere of a true Florentine apartment; with an impressive Renaissance hand painted ceilings and plush furnishings, this is a rare and special apartment in a wonderful tranquil location.
Bright and spacious, the apartment has a raised four poster bed which also with a view over the terrace towards the River.
There’s a plush comfortable sofa and a large table and chairs.
There’s a working fireplace, a small fully equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
There’s a full bathroom with shower. Apartment Lorenzo de Medici together with Apartment Giorgio Vasari in the same building on the second floor can accommodate four people.
Daily cleaning is provided at no extra charge in both apartments and the staff at at the guests disposal for any assistance at any time for museum reservations. car pick ups or sightseeing tours.
There’s a fabulous pastry shop right downstairs in the same building and breakfast / room service can be arranged as an extra on check in.
Did we mention the spectacular view from all the windows facing the Arno and the large terrace.

Lorenzo de Medici exceeded our expectations. A beautiful, magical place from which to explore the wonders of Florence. Truly a room with a view. I was intrigued and amazed by the design of the apartment. Not only the beautiful decoration, but the hidden cupboards and shelves, the spacious bath, and compact little kitchen. We miss going down to the Golden View pastry shop every morning for a cappucino and the pastries in the world. The staff at Golden View Open Bar went out of their way to be helpful, welcoming, and totally professional. They made us feel like honored guests.
