Florence Apartment *San Giovanni is one the *DELUXE suites of the five Luxury apartment with a garden view, located in the same grand Palazzo dating back to Renaissance Florence; from the 16th. century and protected by the National Commission for Cultural Heritage.

Palazzo Alfani was acquired by the ancestors of the current proprietors at the beginning of the 1800’s and today they reside in the building, ready to assist guests whilst on vacation in Florence with any needs – wonderful hospitality.

This is a magnificent refurbishment, on the second floor 48 steps no elevator; located in the heart of Florence.

The refurbishment has been carried out with elegant taste; under the supervision of the Interior Decorator Graziella Marcelli and furnished with period furniture.

The overall affect has successfully created a genuine Florentine atmosphere in a modern context, using only the very best of everything.

Splendid frescos cover the vaulted ceilings and antiques enrich these spacious and bright suites; some of the suites overlook a 250 sq. meter garden and you will enjoy total tranquility in these beautiful surroundings.

Modern comforts have been carefully mixed with Renaissance tradition. The additional advantage is that some of the Suites are interconnected, thus facilitating groups of friends or families who wish to spend their holiday together.
There are large master bedrooms one has a king sized bed, which can be configured to twins or a double bed and the other has a king sized bed, as well as a king size double sofa bed in the same room

All rooms have prints by Talani, Possente, Alinari, as well as etchings by the noted engravers Ippogrifo. The lamps are handmade in ceramics.

The welcoming living room has a king size sofa bed (1,60m x 2,00m), TV- LCD satellite and internet ADSL connection included.

There are two private bathroom with a jacuzzi shower and a kitchen completely equipped with breakfast area; soft drinks included plus a welcome basket.

The suites are fully supplied with all necessary appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Fine porcelain and glasses, including those for fine wines, are provided.

The bathrooms are bright and spacious and have been completely restructured with the finest materials. Each contains a shower unit with Jacuzzi hydromassage.

The location is conveniently located within short walking distance to all historic monuments; the Duomo, “Cathedral” and “Accademia Gallery”
