  Apartment Federa, Florence Emmanuele who met us was most helpful. During our visit we lost a camera and he and his staff went above & beyond to help with contacting local bus company & anyone else we needed to call. The apartment location was excellent, rooms spacious and well appointed. We would totally recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

  Apartment Santa Maria, Florence Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Location was perfect, seconds away from the main sights which made it easy to venture out. The only downside is because of the great location, you do hear the city life below. By the second night we were fine but light sleepers may be disturbed by the noise.

  Apartment Melarancio Due, Florence WOW! Fantastic location. What a lovely apartment! Easy to find from the station. Our greeting by Lorenzo on arrival could not have been more delightful. Wine, pastries and fruit sitting on the table waiting for us was a perfect welcome. Lorenzo and family offered assistance if required during our stay. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is very well presented and very clean. The location is close to everything with an easy walk to most exciting things to see. Restaurants downstairs are great. Supermarket very close too. A bit noisy till midnight downstairs if you don't close the windows at night, but not really an issue as you have air conditioning if you need it. The stairs…

  Apartment Oriuolo Uno, Florence This was our second visit to Apartment Oriuolo. Last year we stayed in Duo and caught a glimpse of Uno. Like its partner it is beautifully appointed and it has the added advantage of being at the back of the building and as a result is really quiet. Its greatest feature is the view! Look out the window to the Bell Tower and Duomo. We certainly did..... at breakfast, lunch, dinner and during the occasional rain. Lorenzo was delightful and provided great advice, as well as lovely biscuits and a bottle of wine. We rediscovered the local area,including the supermarket,bakery and near by restaurants.The quirky bathroom and kitchen functioned really well and we were grateful to the previous guests who…
