Apartment Vettica di Praiano is located high above the town of Praiano and is part of the most charming buildings in the Village of Vettica di Praiano.
The entrance is an impressive stone archway over two metres high with double wooden doors.
The apartment is tastefully refurbished; consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining area.
The living room has a sofa and armchair, an antique coffee table, TV cabinet and a rustic chest.
This room also has a wood fire stove, which is a very effective heat source in winter.
There is a large kitchen with access to a large private terrace with outdoor table and chairs and two sun loungers.
The house has three bedrooms;a master bedroom with a French double bed, wardrobe and ample dresser drawers.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a single bed and dresser draws and wardrobe;the second bedroom twin single beds with dresser draws and a wardrobe.
There are double doors that open out onto the terrace and on the ground floor is the main bathroom with a combined shower and small bathtub.
There is also a second bathroom with a combined shower/bathtub.
The property has been recently restored and has been fitted with double glazing and flyscreens on all the windows and external doors; the result being that the house stays cool in summer and warm in winter making it an ideal all year round holiday destination.
