This prestigious Villa Spiaga Grande has been recently renovated with accuracy to every detail, highlighting the ancient frescoes, dated 1700.

The house is completely paved with beautiful tiles reminiscent of the salons of the eighteenth-century Neapolitan nobility and furnished with antiques, paintings and curtains.

The Baroque apartment has four large rooms: the entry living room with a flat screen SAT-TV and couch, two matrimonial bedrooms, the dining room featuring a large table and wooden chairs with a well equipped modern kitchen.

In front of the living room and main bedroom the Villa features a fantastic tiled terrace offering an incomparable view over the town, the beach and the sea.

The Villa has two bathrooms; the larger bathroom has a marble bath tub, whilst the other has a comfortable shower; a laundry is located in a separate room.

The entire Villa is furnished with antiques. The ceiling of each room has original frescoes of the eighteenth century painted by a local artist.

The property provides linen and cleaning services.

A few meters from the Villa,there are food and fruit shops, SITA and local bus stop, serving Positano and the surrounding villages. The villa is connected to the main road by walking only a couple of minutes,30 steps and a path of circa 100 meters.

You reach the villa by walking circa 30 steps from the road. Parking is not easy in the area. Available free parking is 750 meters away from the property,a 10 minute walk. Private parking is also possible at 5 minutes walk, in the village centre. Bus stop is at only 1 minute away from the villa.

To reach Villa Spiaga Grande from Naples airport, please use the A3 to Castellammare di Stabia; then follow Sorrento – Positano. The house is by the hotel Eden Rock, Sponda district.
