Villa Nicola has been recently restored and is located in the heart of Positano.

Located on a cliff overlooking a majestic view, the bay, the town and the small beach branch out below.

The villa is of particular elegance as it is decorated in a modern, functional Italian style, but characterized with local flare featuring colorful Vietri tiles and terracotta.

Set on 2 floors, it has two bedrooms; one twin room at the entrance and a separate matrimonial bedroom on the same floor.

A steep flight of steps leads to the lower floor where there is a bathroom with shower, bidet, and toilet. 

On the same floor there is the living room with sofa and TV, a kitchen with modern appliances including a large refrigerator and freezer, a 4-burner gas cooker, oven and hood fan, kettle, microwave, toaster, mixer and of course dishes and cutlery.

A washing machine can be found on the terrace in the service-bathroom.

The living room opens up onto a panoramic terrace with tiled table and 4 chairs with a view onto the bay.

Below is a green little garden with table and 4 chairs and barbeque grill.

To enjoy the beach life and all tourist attractions in the enchanting Positano, guests need only to walk down about 200 steps on Via Monte, or take a few stes up to the road where the local bus to the town centre can be caught.

Looping Positano every 15 minutes, the bus connects to Naples, Pompeii, Salerno and Paestum.

Villa Nicola is centered right in the middle of Positano’s happy vacation life.

The beach is right at hand, where many cultural and tourist happenings take place, and where the most famous and elegant bars, restaurants and night clubs are located.

Many unique boutiques and shops fill the narrow alleys of the colorful town center.

From the port, ferries and connect to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi, and Naples.

Mini-cruises in the gulf of Naples are also available.
