The enchanting Villa Tulia is a beautiful building surrounded by an open, spacious patio, lemon trees and a flowering garden with stunning semi aerial views of the sea and coastline.
Composed of three separated apartments, the villa can accommodate a group or family of up to 14 people.
Villa Tulia is composed of 5 bedrooms: two of the rooms are situated on the upper part of the building, where there is also a fully equipped kitchen, two baths and a balcony with a view.
On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large terrace.
On the lower floor, is 1 bedroom, a second large, and well equipped kitchen, a living dining room which has a double sofa bed.
The living room opens onto a terrace and garden where there are table and chairs and an unforgettable panoramic view.
It is situated just 3 km away from the center of Amalfi and a few steps divide the complex from the main road (SP 366 to Agerola).
It takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach the center of Amalfi.
3,0 km from Amalfi | 40 steps from the road & bus stop | 5 mins by car, 10 mins on foot to beach & shops | Public transport is best option in this location than car.
There is a bus stop on the main road and the buses to the center of Amalfi often run until late at night (during the summer period, last bus is at midnight).
A few essential shops (grocery store, a bar and some restaurants) are at walking distance (between 5 and 10 minutes), as well as the most beautiful beaches of the Amalfi Coast (S. Croce and Duoglio), accessed in 10 minutes by a long flight of steps, or by car or public transportation in less than 5 minutes.
We suggest that guests take advantage of the public transportation as parking in the area on the road is often difficult, or sparse.
